Scholarship for undergraduate students enrolled full-time at Tennessee State University College of Health Sciences majoring in Dental Hygiene, Medical Technology, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Pathology and Audiology. Students must be lawful permanent residents of the U.S., Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, or Trust Territory of the Pacific. Applicants must have a GPA between 2.3 and 2.9, a 19 ACT score or less, a "D" average on 6 or less major courses, be former HCOP participants, reside in rural/underserved areas, and have had economic or environmental disadvantages. Deadlines and award amounts may vary.
