Scholarship for Delaware residents who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at an accredited postsecondary institution in Delaware or Pennsylvania. Students must be U.S. citizens/permanent residents, have a minimum 2.5 CGPA, and financial need. A FAFSA must be submitted by April 15th. Number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable.
