Scholarship for Latino residents of San Diego County, California who are full-time undergraduate students enrolled in a two-year college in San Diego County. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be under the age of 21, have financial need, be a U.S. citizen/legal resident, and be involved in the community. Nonrenewable. Contact the financial aid office or the foundation for more information and/or application; requests made by mail must include a 9"x12" self-addressed envelope with $1.52 in postage affixed.
