Scholarship for Sangamon County, Illinois residents who are undergraduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution. Students must reside in apartments developed and financed under the USDA Section 515 Program and owned and/or managed by members of the Rural Rental Housing Association of Illinois. Deadlines and award amounts may vary.
