Scholarship for legally blind undergraduate or graduate students enrolled full-time at a postsecondary institution majoring in Rehabilitation or Education of the blind and/or visually impaired. Students must be U.S. citizens. One award is for students with financial need. An essay and proof of legal blindness must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable.
