Annual award for resident of the Upper Peninsula area or Traverse City, Michigan who is an undergraduate or graduate student attending Northern Michigan University, majoring in Physical Therapy or Special Education. Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Preference given to a student who is physically handicapped. Due date and award amount may vary.
