Scholarship for residents of Maryland's Sixth Congressional District who are full-time undergraduate students at Frostburg State University who are majoring in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Engineering. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 CGPA and a 3.5 GPA in major. Number of awards may vary. Preference given to renewal applicants. Nonrenewable; but recipients may reapply and compete annually.
