Annual fellowships for emerging and mid-career composers. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen. Submit a current resume, a one-page proposal of work to be undertaken, up to 3 scores with corresponding C.D. or tape recordings, three letters of recommendation, and a $25 application fee. Fellowship is for 11 months with a stipend of $20,000. Fellowship begins in mid-September and goes through mid-August.
