Scholarship for undergraduate juniors or seniors and graduate students attending Arizona State University full-time, enrolled in the Fulton School of Engineering, majoring in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in water resources. It is preferred that candidates have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Thank you letters are required for all awards. Number of awards and award amount varies.
