Scholarship for college freshmen enrolled full-time at Ohio University majoring in Engineering. Students must come from a rural community or a small community that serves a rural community. First preference given to Lawrence County, Ohio; second preference given to Southeastern Ohio residents in the upper 20% of the graduating class, have a minimum 28 ACT score or 1100 SAT score, be members of the National Honor Society and participated in high student government or school athletic activities. Deadlines and award amounts may vary.
