Annual award for an undergraduate student who is a senior attending the University of Rhode Island-Kingston entering graduate studies in Biological Sciences. Applicant must have scholarship, character, academic integrity and intellectual enthusiasm. Candidate must submit an independent research paper on a project previously discussed with a faculty member in biological sciences by April 30 of senior year. Due date and award amount varies.
