Scholarship for Effingham County, Georgia residents who are undergraduate students attending Georgia Institute of Technology. Freshmen applicants must demonstrate service activities, leadership and academic performance; shophomores must have a GPA equal to or greater than the sophomore class average. Selection is based on merit and need. Preference is given to Industrial and Systems Engineering majors. Deadlines and award amounts may vary.
