Annual award for an Arizona resident, undergraduate or graduate student who intends to pursue business or education careers, specifically those that will address the regulatory concerns of industry with regard to sound science legislation and conservation and stewarding of Arkansas' environment. Student must be a U.S. citizen and must have completed 40 credit hours of education at the time of application. Minimum 2.8 GPA is required, and a letter of nomination by a faculty member, as well as two additional letters of recommendation.
