Scholarship for Chicano/Mexican American Humboldt or Del Norte County, California residents who are undergraduate students enrolled at Humboldt State University. Students must have a minimum 2.0 GPA, financial need, demonstrate academic progress, and community service. A personal statement must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply.
