Scholarship for residents of the Southwestern Pennsylvania area who are college juniors or seniors attending an approved Pennsylvania college or university planning to enter the Advertising field. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 QPA and demonstrate an interest or talent in fields of study relevant to a career in advertising.
