Scholarship for undergraduate or graduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution. Students must be pursuing Institute of Real Estate Management courses leading to the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, Accredited Commercial Manager certification, or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification, and be pursuing a career in property management. Selection is based on financial need and commitment to professional excellence. Due date and number of awards may vary.
