Scholarship for residents of Virginia, Washington, D.C., or Montgomery, Prince George's, Charles, Frederick, Anne Arundel or Howard County, Maryland who are undergraduate students attending George Mason University majoring in the Civil and Infrastructure Engineering Program. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Due date and number of awards may vary.
