Annual award for resident of Macon County, Illinois who is a female undergraduate student attending Richland Community College part- or full-time, with a minimum of 6 credit hours of 100-level courses or above per semester. Preference will be given to a student with financial need. Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
