Scholarship for female African-American graduate students attending New York University in New York, majoring in Public Administration or Management of International Public Service Organizations. Applicants must be citizens and resident in an African country at the time of application and commit to return to their respective home countries at the conclusion of the program. Award can be used for tuition and books, housing, travel to and from the United States and a small stipend to cover miscellaneous expenses. Award amount varies.
