Scholarship for graduate students or students admitted to a graduate program who are engaged in research in the field of Offshore Mechanics. Students must have high scholastic achievement and be of integrity, good character and strict morals. Preference given to students whose papers are accepted at the council-supported technical meetings. A personal statement must be included with application packet.
