Scholarship for Stark County, Ohio residents who are undergraduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution. Students must have served a minimum of one year as caddies at Congress Lake Country Club, demonstrate academic achievement, overall character and responsibility, and participation in extracurricular activities.
