Scholarship for undergraduate students enrolled full-time at a postsecondary institution in California majoring in Civil Engineering. Students must be U.S. citizens/permanent residents and have attended a minimum of four of the six secondary grade school years at a Santa Barbara County, California school. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
