Scholarship for female West Virginia residents who are graduate students enrolled at West Virginia University College of Law. Students must demonstrate financial need, promise, and represent working families. Priority given to Hancock County, West Virginia residents; second priority given to residents of Northern Panhandle counties; third preference for all other remaining counties. Award amount varies from $400 to full tuition. Number of awards may vary. Renewable.
