Annual award for legally blind undergraduate or graduate student pursuing or planning to pursue a full-time, postsecondary education at an accredited United States institution to study for a career in Elementary, Secondary, or Postsecondary Teaching. Selection is based on academic excellence and community service, as well as financial need. Submit a letter from a Federation state president or designee with application packet.
