Annual award for African-American undergraduate students attending the Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, Texas to major in Education. Applicants must make a 3 year commitment to teach in the FWISD after graduation. Award is equal to full tuition and fees for up to four years or 136 hours of coursework in a TCU undergraduate program. Another NAACP Scholar will be named at the end of four years. Number of awards and award amount varies.
