Annual award for minority student who is a member of the Appraisal Institute in good standing that is working toward an SRA or MAI designation. Student must reside in or do business in the Appraisal Institute region in which he or she is applying. Student must be a U.S. citizen and have demonstrated financial need. Submit official transcripts, 2 personal references, photograph, and a statement (under 1,000 words) regarding general activities, interests, employment & career goals with application packet. Number of awards and award amount varies. Award may be applied only to Appraisal Institute core courses.
