Annual award for legally blind undergraduate or graduate student pursuing or planning to pursue a full-time, postsecondary course at a United States institution to study a Foreign Language or Comparative Literature; obtaining a degree in History, Geography or Political Science with a concentration in International Studies; or majoring in any other discipline requiring study abroad. Applicant must have demonstrated competence in a foreign language. Selection is based on academic excellence and community service, as well as financial need. Submit a letter from a Federation state president or designee with application packet.
