Annual award for out-of-state freshmen enrolled full-time at the University of Alabama-Tuscaloosa College of Communications and Information Sciences majoring in Advertising or Public Relations. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and a minimum 25 ACT score. An essay and resume must be included with application packet.
