Scholarship for North Carolina residents who are college juniors enrolled in North Carolina teacher education programs. Students must teach in North Carolina's public schools at least two years after graduation. Selection is based on academic achievement, financial need, character, and evidence of promise as a teacher. Preference given to children of North Carolina Association of Educators, Inc. members of the student North Carolina Association of Educators, Inc..
