Scholarship for college juniors enrolled in a South Dakota public university. Applicant must have a minimum 3.5GPA to be eligible and be nominated by the university. Student must submit a Scarborough application form and an essay. Award amount is payable over 2 semesters. Contact the SD Board of Regents for more information and/or application.
