Annual award for residents of Bay County, Michigan attending Delta College, University of Detroit Mercy or any American Indian College and are enrolled in full-time undergraduate studies. Applicant must have financial need. Consideration also given to extracurricular/community activities, an essay, and personal recommendations. Due date is the last Monday in February. Award amount varies. Nonrenewable.
