Annual award for part-time or full-time, graduate students enrolled in a Florida university with a major or emphasis in the field of reading. Applicant must have three years of successful classroom teaching experience and be a member of IRA (International Reading Association), FRA (Florida Reading Association), or a local/special interest FRA council. Preference will be given to full-time applicants. Number of awards varies.
