Annual award for undergraduate or graduate students entering the Continuing Education Department two-semester Baking and Pastry Arts Certificate Program at the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York. Students must have worked in food service for one to three years. Selection is based on financial need and aptitude. An essay must be included with application packet.
