Annual award for undergraduate junior or senior student attending Missouri State University full-time, majoring in Finance with Real Estate option or Real Estate minor. Applicant must have potential for pursuing career in real estate and scholarship consistent with self-support through work beyond studies and minimum 3.0 GPA. Candidate must have leadership, character including trustworthiness and reliability.
