Scholarship for Delaware residents who are graduate students enrolled in an accredited postsecondary institution majoring in Library and Information Science. Students must be U.S. citizens/permanent residents. Consideration given to academic achievement, community service, and financial need. Preference given to public libraries or archives employees. This is a forgiveable loan, students must work two years as librarians or archivists in a Delaware public library, public school library, or state agency for one year of award. Number of awards and award amount may vary. Renewable.
