Annual award for Colorado resident who is a former member of a 4-H Club in Kiowa County, Colorado and an undergraduate sophomore, junior or senior attending Colorado State University full-time. Applicant must have academic achievement, leadership ability and evidence of good citizenship. Preference given for applicant with financial need.
