Scholarship for Saginaw County, Michigan residents who are enrolling/enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies part- to full-time. Applicants must be pursuing either a career in the Medical field or Cosmetology. Selection based on minimum 2.5 GPA, special skills, career goal, financial need, recommendations, scholastic record, involvement in community/school/work activities, leadership. Nontraditional students may be given preference. An interview might be requested. Award amount may vary. Nonrenewable.
