Scholarship for residents of El Paso County, Texas, who are undergraduate students attending the University of Texas - El Paso majoring in Finance, Real Estate, or related fields. (This award can also be used as a presidential scholarship if the president of UTEP so desires.) Selection is determined by the Foundation. Due date and number of awards vary.
