Internships for undergraduate students to receive hands-on experience in technical areas over a long-term assignment (up to one year) in technical disciplines of interest; current opportunities are in Mechanical Engineering technology. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Internship is available at the Metals and Ceramics Division and Engineering Science and Technology Division of Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee. Applications are accepted on a year-round basis. Stipend is based on academic level or degree. Number of awards varies.
