Scholarship for minority students who are juniors attending North Carolina A&T; State University majoring in Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and financial need. Students must submit the FAFSA. Due date and number of awards may vary.
