Scholarship for graduates of Richland Community College full-time who are transfering, as a junior, to an Illinois public university or college. Preference will be given to Klarner Scholars. Applicant must have proven financial need as set by the Financial Aid Office at the chosen university or college. Award is for one year and may cover part- to full-tuition. Renewable upon reapplication. Award amount and number of awards depends on available funds.
