Annual fellowships for Michigan residents who are underrepresented minority graduate students attending Wayne State University that are pursuing a Doctorate's in Education. Applicants must be U.S. citizen's/permanent residents and teach in a postsecondary postition within one year of graduating. Selection based on academic achievement, potential and career goals. Number of awards and award amount may vary. Renewable.
