Annual award for City of Aurora, Kendall County or Southern Kane County, Illinois residents who are students, ages 21 or over, who are GED graduates that plan to attend Waubonsee Community College. Preference will be given to applicants who eanred a GED diploma at Wayside Cross Ministries. Number of awards varies.
