Scholarship for incoming freshmen, transfer students or current undergraduate students attending Western Illinois University who are majoring in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Reading. Incoming freshmen must have a minimum ACT score of 25 and graduated in the top 25% of class. Transfer students and current undergraduates must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Number of awards may vary. Renewable.
