Applicant must have excellent academic achievement, financial need and leadership potential. Preference given to student from Maryland or Delaware, and thereafter, from Weber, Box Elder, Morgan or Davis County, who is a Communication Technology, Electronic Journalism or News-Editorial major. Due date varies.
