Scholarship for Eastern Virginia residents who are full-time college juniors attending Old Dominion University enrolled in the College of Business and Public Administration. Applicants must show academic merit. Preference is given to students at least 30 years of age who have demonstrated financial need. Students must file the FAFSA prior to February 15. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
