Annual award for residents of North Carolina who are undergraduate students attending the Economic Development Institute and are members of the North Carolina Economic Developers Association. Applicants must have completed two years of economic development work to be considered. Courses are offered at the University of Oklahoma, Indiana University, and in San Diego, CA. Renewable.
