Scholarship for Northern Virginia residents who are undergraduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution pursuing studies in Engineering and/or Science. Students must demonstrate superior scholastic achievement and exemplary qualities of character, loyalty, citizenship, ambition, self-reliance, leadership, and integrity. Due date and number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply.
