Scholarship for South Hampton Roads, Virginia residents who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at a four-year postsecondary institution. Students must have financial need and be pursuing a career in education. Number of awards may vary. A personal statement and a copy of parent's income tax return must be included with application packet. Renewable.
