Scholarship for college students, with 2-3 years remaining in education, who are enrolled at California State University-Fresno, California State University-San Bernardino, New Mexico State University, University of Miami, University of New Mexico, University of Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras, University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, or the University of Texas-San Antonio. Applicants must be active in the AFROTC. Students must have a 2.5 GPA - 3.5 GPA and be between 17-25 years old as of June 30th of the year of graduation (prior active duty can extend age limit to 29). All academic majors are eligible. Candidates must meet AFOQT, physical, and academic requirements before activation. Recipients must have activated during the spring semester of freshmen year.
